The Great Impersonator is Halsey’s fifth album, set for release on October 25, 2024. This will be Halsey’s first record through Columbia Records following 2021’s If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power. After Halsey’s departure from Capitol Records was reported in mid-April 2023, on April 29, Halsey posted to their Instagram story a photo of them in the studio, saying; “and I didn’t even have to ask permission.”
